Saba Gulzar is a Ph.D. from the Institute of Business Management and also holds an MS degree in Human Resource Management from PAF-KIET Karachi. She has 14 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in different Organizations in Karachi; apart from all, she holds an experience in multiple managerial positions in academics. Her area of interest includes Academics, Training, Coaching, Leadership, Business Education, Research, and Organizational Development. Her main focus in research work is tool development in OB and HRM.
