The BS in Business Intelligence and Analytics is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between business and technology. In today’s data-driven world, companies rely on professionals who can interpret complex data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. This program provides students with a strong foundation in business, computation, and technology, focusing on real-world applications of data analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in business settings. With companies increasingly relying on data to gain a competitive edge, graduates of this program will be highly sought after in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
Students will complete 144 credit hours, including general education, interdisciplinary courses, and specialized major courses. The program also includes a mandatory internship (3 credit hours), allowing students to gain hands-on experience in industries where data-driven decision-making is essential. Graduates of this program will be prepared to work in industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, and consulting, HR, Supply chain domain. They will develop the skills to create and implement data-driven business strategies in the corporate world.
Program Structure
Courses are divided into general education, interdisciplinary, and Core (Major/elective) courses. Muslim students will be required to take a non-credit (NC) course of Quranic Studies in the Summer.

COM010 Intensive English***
(*** Remedial non-credit course to be taken by those students who have not been able to reach the desired level of competence in the admission test.)
Students must take a minimum load of twelve credit hours (four courses) or a maximum load of eighteen credit hours (six courses) in a semester. To obtain the BS – Business Intelligence and Analytics Program is for four years and students need to complete twelve courses in a year. A full load of six courses can be taken each in Fall and Spring semesters.
